Get ready to relax in to your weekend with an extended Sound Therapy session. you are invited to join us & experience ancient healing practices to help you deal with modern day living. We all know we live very busy lives & we are always telling ourselves slow down, this is the perfect way to unwind and be taken on a journey of bliss, to turn your consciousness within.

Start the session with some Breathwork before laying down to receive the beautiful sounds of our crystal healing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and other healing instruments.

PLEASE bring a yoga mat, BLANKETS, /SLEEPING BAG and pillow. You want to be WARM  and comfortable for the duration. (We can not emphasise this enough)
